In February 2018 Oriflame held a contest, the winner of which was to become the heroine of the summer advertising campaign. As a result, we received 800 applications, but we chose not one, but two winners at once. Touching stories, rich inner world and dreams of the girls sound in unison with Oriflame's values. We met Anna Uvarova and Olga Polyakova at the shooting. And this is what they told us.

What emotions did you experience when you found out you had won the Oriflame contest?

I don't believe in chance at all and that's why at first I passed by the news about the contest. But on the last day I wrote and sent a letter. I feel very responsible to the company and to the other contestants, because I could have been any girl, but they chose me.

 

How did you start in Oriflame?

My sister invited me in my third year at university. I did not immediately understand that it was possible to build a business in the company. The first year the team was small. A bit later I went to a seminar in Moscow, saw a lot of successful people, decided to grow and within a few months I became a director. The most important thing that Oriflame business opportunities give me is confidence in the future, the freedom to influence the situation and plan to achieve any goals.  

 

You have been with the company for 20 years. What are the secrets of your personal effectiveness and working with your team that helped you achieve your high ranking?

The main thing is to make a list of long-term goals and daily tasks. We hold retreats for the team. Such offline communication is very important: it develops, gives self-confidence and experience in public speaking. 

 

You are the mother of three beautiful daughters. How do you manage to devote time to your family and business?

The first thing a woman must do to bring the family together is to throw out the TV. In our house, there is no TV for 15 years. In the evenings we discuss what good things everyone has had a day. True, our youngest daughter is only 3.5 years old, and we only try to explain to her what is going on. Before going to bed, I try to sit with the children and tuck them in. For these moments together they forgive me for sitting at the computer, for trips to Moscow for a few days. And we also like to travel by car - for example, we have all been to Sweden together. 

 

 

 

 

How did the idea of starting a YouTube channel come about?

I have been making videos since I was 18 years old, so the channel on social networks was a logical continuation. In September, VZLET will be three years old. Now I have 22 thousand subscribers.

 

At first, I was very afraid to appear in the frame. I acted as a cameraman and editor: just posted videos with girls who told me about their orders. One day I needed a video with a review of a bag. I had to overcome my fear, sit down and record it for the team. When the reviews started coming in, I believed in myself. I listen to my subscribers, our communication is always a growth point. They make me a better person! I dream of a million - for starters.
