Who is Tanya Rybakova? What should our readers know about you in the first place?
Most often I am presented as a healthy lifestyle expert, blogger and a girl who lost 55 kg, because the formation of my career in the media space is associated with this fact of my biography.
Serious health problems in the past transformed into strength and new knowledge in the present. Their solution and continuous training in health and psychology gave me the opportunity to become a selfmade and businesswoman - the acquired knowledge becomes the basis of my projects, educational courses, video blog, interviews, online and offline seminars.
And most of all I value human relationships, I love to travel, read, study science, listen to music, spend time with my loved ones. My interest in endless development and living in the U.S. led me to work in IT: I create content strategy for an American healthy lifestyle app.
How many years did it take you to lose weight? Tell us about the missteps you still notice with clients and the strategies that led to success.
It took about 3.5 years to lose weight because the process wasn't purposeful - I lacked knowledge and a clear plan. I started with hunger strikes, ineffective diets and advice from acquaintances. On the way to a slim and, most importantly, healthy body, I was hindered by many of my decisions. There were periods of stagnation and metabolic disorders.

which cause one system after another to malfunction.
Shutting ourselves off or testing one diet after another is also not an option - it wears out the body. There is a limit to the resource. To succeed, it's important to build a sound step-by-step plan for healthy eating, physical activity, and rest-it's as essential as exercise. A major mistake is to think that a healthy regimen is a temporary fix. In fact, you need to change your lifestyle. It all starts with building a system of motivation, internal awareness, and working with beliefs.
If you want to get healthy, where do you start? What are the steps that are available to everyone, even if you can't go to the gym and eat superfoods?
An important first step is to normalize your lifestyle. We constantly make a choice: to eat healthy or unhealthy, to walk or drive a car, to spend the free 20 minutes on TV or a small home workout, to go to bed on time or lingering in social networks in front of a blue screen, which affects the quality of sleep.
It's not about superfoods and expensive fitness clubs, but about how you live each day.
A healthy person - what is he like? And what are the signs that tell you that your body needs help?
In my opinion, an important indicator of health is the internal state, that is, energy, which helps with a good mood and a smile in the morning to move in the direction of their goals.
Chronic fatigue, sad eyes of reflection in the mirror - these are the first signs of imbalance, which must be restored.
The world is changing rapidly, the speed of its development is not becoming less, changes in the economy and the emergence of gadgets have forever changed the course of life, but evolutionarily our body still lives by the old ways - so we need to properly take care of ourselves.
How can you help and support your body to stay healthy and energetic despite everyday stress?
