Underwear will not let you get cold, and synthetic or wool blend will wick away moisture caused by active pastime. The main tip - do not be afraid to be a cabbage, and dress in layers: thermal underwear on bare body, then pants and blouses, which are responsible for thermal insulation, and then the outer clothing.

The most important thing is that the body continues to get all the necessary nutrients from food and supplements, but we'll talk about that later. And during your walks you will be warmed by warm herbal tea, which is an essential element of staying healthy.

In addition to complex carbohydrates as sources of energy, we should pay attention to seasonal foods (cabbage, radish, Brussels sprouts, pumpkin, beets, carrots, pomegranate, tangerines).
