Twenty-Four Hours by Albina and Irek Khafizovs

Albina and Irek Khafizov's family is used to giving 100% - a successful business, four children, their own home and frequent travels, but they also manage to find time for themselves and their pleasures. 

"Our morning starts at 7:30 - the whole family gathers in the kitchen and prepares breakfast. Irek is in charge of the food, and the kids make Wellness cocktails with fruit to energize them for the whole day - no more buns and sweets! Morning in our family is the most relaxing and peaceful part of the day, the time when we are charged with energy and positive emotions. The main rule is that work doesn't start before 11 am and before the first business calls and emails we have time for a leisurely shower, a family breakfast at a big table and a walk in nature with children. 

We always try to find a moment in the morning and evening to take care of ourselves. Strange as it may seem, it is Irek who spends the most time in the bathroom, approaches care in a systematic way: he puts on music, regularly does facial masks, and uses multi-step skin care. I consider it my own merit - I started long ago to teach my husband that a businessman should look his best. I also have my own weaknesses - I adore the Russian bath, it's a real therapy for me, I can easily spend the whole day there," Albina says. 

"By 1 p.m. we go into town - have lunch at some nice place and make it in time for the second shift at school. The rest of the time until evening is entirely devoted to business and business. Even when we get home at 9 p.m., we do webinars and stay in touch via Skype. Yes, we work late, but we manage to get enough sleep. Entrepreneurs can work more than they should, because we are not limited by the office and time. There is no such thing as a Friday where we feel like a lemon after a week's work. 

There is no concept of "me" in our family, my husband and I always do everything together - running a business, taking care of the kids, going to the spa. We're even the only ones who go to parent-teacher conferences together. We often travel together without the kids, or just have "our Friday" - we rent a hotel room where we can lay around all day, watch TV and do nothing, just spend time alone. 

We have guests in our house all the time, we often host dinners or just go out to celebrate something in a restaurant - sometimes you need to find time for yourself instead of spending the whole evening cooking. We like to get all our big family together for trips out of town and hiking, or just to watch a new cartoon in the theater. Thanks to the business can afford not to be tied to the days of the week, have a day off when we want to.
