1. When we smell a scent, its molecules enter the pituitary gland, a gland in the brain that is also responsible for the production of hormones. Scents can help boost productivity, cheer you up, or gently drift off to sleep. Make it a habit to buy different body products and perfumes to choose according to your mood.
